Inventory - The items on our website are reflective of the inventory in our physical store. So, sizes may go fast, if they aren't listed on the site when you go to buy, then they have sold either online or from the shop. Our website will eventually have it's own inventory, but for the time being it is shared. If you have any questions about an item please email us, some items could be on back order and we will get back to you asap.
*Disclaimer* We will do our utmost to keep the web stock updated, but we must state that in the rare event of an item being purchased online and it is not in stock we reserve the right to refund your payment asap with an apology.

Sizing - We have supplied a general sizing chart that can be found on the item page. As every manufacturer is different and all fits are different, this size chart does not represent the exact garment. It is a guide. If you have questions about sizing before purchase please email us, contact@shopfrockshop.com  and we will get right back to you.

Payment - Your payment can be made via credit card, debit card or Paypal. We guarantee that all of your information will remain safe and secure. If you would like to pay via check or money order please contact us directly at contact@shopfrockshop.com . Checks can be made payable to Frock Shop.

Privacy Policy - We guarantee that your email or private information will be kept completely safe and not shared with any other party.

Shipping & Handling - Shipping is charged automatically by weight and will be added to your total at checkout. Most items online are in stock Items are sent out within 2-3 days of receiving order.  You will be notified if an item is not in stock and your payment refunded. Delivery times may be affected by holidays or high traffic days. You will be notified if there is a problem with your shipping. There is no handling fee. *We do ship internationally!*

Returns & Refunds for WEB orders - We want you to be happy, so If you are not satisfied with your item or it does not fit, please first contact us and then you may return your item within 10 Days. The item must be in the same condition that we sent it to you, unworn, no damage. If it seems as if the item has been worn and then returned we reserve the right to not refund the cost of the item, only your shipping cost. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
